Halo3 Looks Great on an HDTV

Yesterday, Jenny went to Seattle to attend a conference for work, leaving me here with all of the children.  I love it when that happens.  The only crisis we have had so far is that Izzy tried to chop her fingers off with the barbeque grill.  Luckily, there was no permanent damage.  I was afraid, for a few minutes, that I was going to have to take her to the hospital, but she ended up fine.

Since I am too poor to buy my computer a present this time, I decided to move the xbox360 downstairs, and put it on the big tv.  In the attic, the xbox was attached to an old tv that was literally my grandmothers:  it works fine, but it's showing its age, and everyone I talk to about xboxes just raves at how great they look on an HDTV.

xboxonhdtvSo in this picture, Al and one of the neighbor kids play Halo.  Jenny doesnt think that they should be able to play Halo, since it's kind of a mature game, but I think it's good training for when they join the army.  To fight Aliens.  Aliens need killing.

Jennifer will hate having the xbox in the family room, but since she isnt here, she doesnt get a vote.  I'll move it back before she gets home.  Or maybe I wont, it depends how I feel.

My boys love Halo 3 but unfortunately we don't have HDTV...and since I am the "mom" and single...I get to say where the xbox goes...in the bedroom on the little tv of course...but those little cumudgeons put in the living room when I am not home...I just know it...(the other day I found proof-xbox game cover left behind the tv, ah hah, I said....I have caught you!)  Anyway you are very funny guy....
    Grace to you

Halo does look awesome on an HDTV - with the surround sound cranked up all the way. I say leave it downstairs. Do I get a vote since I'm in town and Jenny isn't?
