Since I have to burn some vacation by the end of the year or risk losing it, I'm taking off work from the 15th through the 2d of January.  That means I only have another week of work before vacation.  Woohoo.  In order to celebrate, I put new Christmas lights up in the cube, and I've turned up the Christmas music EVEN LOUDER.  The only people who complain are getting nothing from Santa this year.  I even put a christmas hat on General Grant, who I use as my avatar.  The photoshop job isnt the best in the world, but you cant really tell when you see the tile in my IM windows.

The presents are starting to arrive from Amazon at home, so we've put them in the guest room and locked the door.  Jenny and I are the only ones who can reach the key, but I've seen Eric and Alex eying the door like a couple of bank robbers, and I wouldnt be surprised if they figured a way in...but that's part of the whole "Christmas Experience", so I won't come down on them too hard if they do get in.  Unless they spill the beans about Santa to the little kids; then they will feel the Wrath of Bill.
