    Eclipse Tonight

Tonight there's supposed to be a total eclipse of the moon.  I'm going to try to get some good pictures of it, I just hope the weather cooperates.  The eclipse starts around 8, and is over around midnight.  I'll probably not stay out through the whole thing, since I turn into a pumpkin about 10:00 and have to go to bed, but I'd like to get some pics.  I'll put up some good ones, if I get them.  (I know you will be breathless with anticipation)

They say tomorrow we might get some "Frozen Precipitation".  I hope it snows...about 2 feet.  THAT would be cool, but there's only a 30% chance we'll get anything, which is a bummer.

    30% Chance of Frozen Mix

Mostly cloudy. A chance of rain and sleet in the afternoon. Cooler with highs in the mid 40s. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of precipitation 30 percent.

I got to see the eclipse and was very impressed.  It really made the moon look like it had a basketball or big orange thing up in the air.  I thought it made it look like the moon was closer to us than it really was.

It is rainy and dreary here in Houston, so of all places, home of NASA, we will miss it....hope to see your pics!

My Jacob is pretty excited about it.  Hopefully we'll remember and get out there to look at it a little before he has to go to bed.
Get some good pics though for me, just in case, so I can show Jacob.

I shoveled snow again this morning and it would really make my day if you had to shovel some too.  ;o)
