Today was a little bit more eventful than yesterday.  I took Izzy to the doctor, because she  was up a good bit last night wanting water and generally acting pitiful, and she sounded very congested.  Since Jake already is taking antibiotics for pneumonia, Jenny and I figured we should take her in.  The doctor looked at her, listened to her breathing and agreed, so now she’s taking amoxicillin too.  I was thinking we should cut out the middle man and just get a big vat of it and put it in the garage to save time.

After the doctor, Izzy didn’t feel very good, so she sat on my lap all afternoon and slept.  That was pretty fun, because she usually moves too fast to want to sit with me.  She seems to have perked up a little bit, and even felt good enough to ham it up for me after baths.  Grandma is here, and Jenny’s brother in law, niece and a few other people are all showing up tomorrow.  It will be tons of fun.

Can’t you tell that she has pneumonia?  She looks really sick, doesn’t she?
