SWMBO and I went to dinner tonight, and had a really good time.  We went to Firebirds, which was pretty uncrowded; there was only a 60 minute wait.  The food was good, and then we went to Border's to goof around for a while (Loytty Rule #1 of using a babysiter:  Make sure you don't get home until all of the kids are in bed and asleep).

While there, I picked up the new Willie Nelson CD, Songbird.  Willie is over 70, and he still puts out an album every 6 months or so.  Whenever he does, its like money in the bank, because people like me will buy it, even if it is kind of weird, like the reggae album he released a couple of years ago.  Songbird is a good CD though, highly recommended.

While I was looking around  for the info on the above albums, I found that Willie released a new Christmas CD this year.  I am a sucker for Christmas music, so I am not sure how I missed it. I suppose all of my co-workers will have to wait until November 1, 2007 to hear this one.  I can imagine how sad they will be.
